Ordering Information

With Internet Access:  If you have access to the Internet, all information to be included in the Memorial Folder can be e-mailed to us for processing. This includes the text and photos or other images you want to use in the folder. Once we have the information, it will be setup per your instructions and e-mailed back to you in a PDF format, for your approval. At this point you may make any corrections/changes you would like and e-mail back to us. Once everything is exactly the way you want it, let us know and we will begin printing. We will not process the folders until you give us the OK to do so. When completed, the folders will be delivered to you the next day in the Portland, Oregon area, or shipped overnight via UPS or FEDX to be delivered the following day.

Without Internet Access:  We will pickup the photo and text from your home or office in the Portland, Oregon area, as soon as possible. We will setup the folder per your instructions and fax it to you to proof. I will scan the photo and make any changes necessary per your instructions. When the text is setup exactly the way you want it, let us know and we will begin printing. We will not process the folders until you give us the OK to do so. When completed, the folders will be delivered to you the next day or shipped overnight via UPS or FEDX to be delivered the following day.

In the Portland, Oregon area (within 30 miles):  In most cases, if we begin printing by 10:00 a.m., you will have the finished folders by 5:00 p.m., depending on the size and number of folders, at most, no later than 9:00 a.m. the next morning.

Outside Portland, Oregon:  If the folders are finished before 2:00pm, they can be shipped to arrive before 10:00am the next day. If finished after 2:00pm, they would ship the next day, to arrive the following day before 10:00am.
